Congratulations on the Grand Foundation-Stone-Laying Ceremony of the LVSUN Hunan Daozhou Innovation Technology Park

On the morning of August 6, 2015, at eight minutes past eight, the LVSUN group held a grand foundation-stone-laying ceremony at the Hunan Daozhou Innovation Technology Park. County Party Committee Secretary Hu Xianrong, County Magistrate Liu Yonghui and other local leaders, along with LVSUN group Chairman Mr. Xu Jianhua, General Manager Ms. Liu Qiuhua, and representatives from Europe's Rothschild Investment, New Era Securities and LVSUN's branch offices—more than 300 guests in total—attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

As a 2015 Yongzhou key investment project, LVSUN received close attention and strong support from the Yongzhou municipal and county governments and their relevant departments. On behalf of the local government, County Party Committee Secretary Hu Xianrong and County Magistrate Liu Yonghui delivered speeches, congratulating the project on its formal construction and emphasizing that Daozhou would embrace a spirit of welcoming, safeguarding, protecting and respecting business, providing high-quality services and optimizing the construction environment to ensure the project's smooth progress. County Party Committee Deputy Secretary Li Tiancheng hosted the ceremony.

LVSUN Group Chairman Xu Jianhua gave a brief overview of the project's production and business model and its investment and development plan. We will focus mainly on the R&D and production of lithium batteries, mobile power and digital communications products, with a planned investment of RMB 400 million and production scheduled to begin in March of next year. Once the project is completed and in production, it is expected to reach an annual output value of RMB 1 billion, generate up to RMB 50 million in tax revenue and create 5,000 jobs. The construction of the LVSUN Innovation Technology Park will comprehensively promote the integrated development of the local supply-chain industry, including the optimization of Daozhou's economic structure and the all-round prosperity of the local economy.
