LVSUN Opens the Middle East Market at the June 2009 China Sourcing Fair in Dubai

From June 14 to 16, 2009, the China Sourcing Fair was held at the Dubai convention center—LVSUN's first stop in the Middle East market.

According to official figures, the show drew more than 7,100 buyers from 97 countries. Over 1,000 buyers visited LVSUN's booth, showing keen interest in LVSUN's newly patented products: the Smart USB Charger, the LS-B1000 multi-function universal battery, and multi-function chargers with interchangeable charging plates. The show also laid the groundwork for LVSUN's Middle East market plan.

In recent years, Dubai has become a hub for transit trade, earning the nickname "the Hong Kong of the Middle East." Thanks to first-class communications and free-trade policies, it has become the center of the Middle East. Figures show that Dubai's trade turnover reaches USD 80 billion. Lacking natural resources of its own, Dubai must import industrial materials, equipment, daily necessities, and other goods—everything apart from oil and natural gas. Some 80% of goods bound for the Middle East pass through Dubai, reaching a population of 1.3 billion across the Middle East and Africa.

Looking across the globe, the Middle East and Africa are set to become a thriving market.
