LVSUN's Dao County facility broke ground in 2015 and took just one year to go into production in December 2016—an achievement hailed as "Shenzhen speed." At the same time, it has been recognized as a key project under Hunan Province's "Building a Strong Province" program, as part of the "135" Project of the Hunan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park, and with the Advanced Award for key projects in Yongzhou City in 2016, among others. From the start of construction to the present, the provincial, municipal, and county party committee leadership have attached great importance to the project and conducted on-site inspections.
